We use only the highest quality, non-toxic and phthalate-free products so we can bring you the brightest, cleanest, and safest prints possible. We feature only QCM/Rutland plastisol and Matsui/Rutland water-based inks, which are considered the safest inks in production today.

Below are 5 of the major vendors we use to source blank garments for your project. If you’d like to get pricing or availability information about anything found on these sites, please note the garment’s style number (they all have one), the color and size breakdown needed for your print order. Then you can call or email us and we can generate most quotes same day!

Sanmar is currently our only local distributor. When we need shirts tomorrow, they’re who we call! They carry most major brands and are great for athletic and work wear as well. Some of their proprietary brands include: Sport-Tek, Port & Company, District Made.

Alpha Broder carries all the major brands (Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Hanes, etc) and has a wide network with deep stock often in more colors than other distributors. They are great for promotional products too like tote bags and bandanas.

S&S Activewear carries all the major brands (Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Hanes, etc) and has a wide network with deep stock often in more colors than other distributors. They have a little bit of everything! They are the exclusive distributor of Tultex.

Independent Trading Company has been making high-quality fleece products since 1996. With a wide range of styles and colors, Independent Trading Company is your one stop shop for hoodies and sweatshirts. They are one of our favorite companies to work with and we think you’ll love their products.

ASColour makes very fine, primarily cotton basics in contemporary cuts with colorfast dyes. We love printing on and wearing ASColour and think you will too!

Art Specs

All separations are done by Gorilla for our presses. Please submit high resolution art in any of the formats listed below. The minimum acceptable resolution is 300 DPI if your art is not a vector. Most web graphics are at 72 DPI and cannot simply be blown up to print size and quality. The original artwork must have been created as a vector or at the minimum DPI at or close to print size.

For all vector art, any text must be outlined or expanded. It’s very unlikely we have the same fonts installed on our computers :)

Please provide pantone numbers or physical print samples if color matching is crucial. Otherwise, we will pick the closest pantone value from your file and do our best to accurately mockup the expected results.
